Terms and Conditions
- All 7 rooms must be booked to qualify for this offer.
- Maximum 14 adults, maximum 6 children at R500 per child, per night sharing with parents in the family rooms (maximum 2 children under 12 per family room)
- All rooms are different and each of the 7 rooms are priced accordingly.
- Prices are subject to change.
Meals:
- If you add meals, all guests must opt in and meals to be served at the same time
- Menu will be discussed upon confirmation of booking
Cancellation Policy:
- Full amount of a booking will be charged in the event of no shows or premature departures
- 14 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeits 100% of total stay
- 15-28 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeit 50% of total stay
More than 28 days, no extra costs
Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation is required to confirm all bookings
- To qualify to receive a Fieldbar, full payment must be made one month before check-in
- Only Visa and Master Card and EFT payments allowed and no cash payments will be accepted
