Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum 3 nights stay. 
  • Valid for direct bookings only
  • Only ONE Fieldbar for each room booked
  • Book a 3-day weekend and take home Fieldbar Drinks Box (valued at R2500)
  • 3-day workcation and take home a Fieldbar Mini Bar (valued at R1800)

Please note;

  • You will receive your Fieldbar at check-in or when you have paid in full, whichever you prefer.
  • Colours depend on availability
  • If there is no stock, we will courier free of charge
  • Courier only available for SA residents

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full amount of a booking will be charged in the event of no shows or premature departures
  • 14 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeits 100% of total stay
  • 15-28 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeit 50% of total stay
  • More than 28 days, no extra costs

Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation is required to confirm all bookings
  • To qualify to receive a Fieldbar, full payment must be made two weeks before check-in
  • Only Visa and Master Card and EFT payments allowed and no cash payments will be accepted
